This solution builds with Visual Studio 2017.  Using the IDE:
1. Right-click on solution and select rebuild.
2. Right-click on a project you want to run, e.g., Tokenizer or SemiExp, and select as startup project.
3. Run by clicking on Debug in the top menu and select Start without Debugging
