3. Note about Lab #8:
   I've discovered how to fix the session issue with Lab #8. The most important ingredient after setting Asp.Net compatibility mode, as we did in class, is to set the ServiceBehavior for PerSession host object instantiation. That's done on line 18 of FileService.cs. You'll find my solution here.
