Note:

You may have to use Visual Studio in Administrator mode to run this project.
You do that by right clicking on a shortcut to Visual Studio and selecting
Run as Administrator.

Also, Network Services needs full control permissions for the directory 
where you will create the database.  See ScreenShot.docx for help.
