There is no run.bat corresponding to IISHost_WsHttp Wcf service project since it is hosted in IIS. 

Steps to test it:

1) Host the service IISHost_WsHttp in IIS with Alias ToolRegisterService
2) run "run_IIShost_client.bat" file
