Hi Dr.Fawcett - Hope you are doing good. I was one of your students too, during my Master's days (1999 -01) at Syracuse. I'm currenly working for Microsoft and below is my biodata and have also attached my picture for your graduate section in your website.

After finishing my Master's in Computer Engineering from SU in May 2001, I joined Microsoft at Seattle for MSN explorer team. I worked on start to end milestones on MSN8, a consumer friendly MSN web browser product, and our team successfully shipped MSN8 on October of 2002. The components I worked on MSN8 included array of features like E-Mail, Calendar, tasks, printing etc. One of the key MSN features that Microsoft expects family household users to appreciate are an extensive set of parental controls capable of blocking e-mail, instant messages, file-sharing and specific Web sites. This product also made it easier for users to manage e-mail, using enhanced junk mail filtering, handle digital photos and browse the Web, Internet Access and a Web portal. Currently I'm working for MSN9 Client team, which is an enhanced MSN8 browser version with some new added functionalities.

I work with Software written in C++ and developing test Libraries using Window's script components and Jscript, to test our API's and local databases. I took some of the interesting and important Software courses like OOD, software studio offered by Dr.Fawcett while I was doing my Master's in SU. Those courses helped me a lot, in getting my job at Microsoft as well dealing with my current projects at Microsoft. Many thanks to Dr.Fawcett for offering those useful courses.
