1. was using application.Run(new form()) in the start() function to open a window for 
UI forms - huge mistake - the matrix table creates and stores an object of the form when 
it is loaded and calls functions on the stored object - creating a new one leaves it 
hanging out in the open with no function being able to access it. 
 -- really weird debugging - the functions work perfectly and show the correct values but 
    the displayed form does not show anything. :)
    
    
 2. The Cell interface has changed slightly to accomodate the ip addresses but the wizard 
 code has grown quite a bit to allow both ip and local send functions - in all variations,
 there are now abt 4 send and 4 syncSend functions. 
 
 3. dont know what sort of performance issues have been introduced with the modifying of
 all the messaging structure - see a difference of abt .01s in the home machine.
 
 4. lost the ability to wait for modules to handle messages - any message that cannot be 
 currently processed will be sent the default handler immediately
 
 5. lot of thread sync issues - a. When the file is downloaded from the repository - the 
	directory watcher tries to pick it up - may happen before the file is fully downloaded.

 6. thread sync problems if a particular cell needs some startup initialisation in the 
   start function before it can process messages (repository module) - Added a event sync
   between the start and process for repository.
