Build.Text - Describes how to build this solution

1. Set XmlDocument properties to build as a static library
   Right-Click XmlDocument project > select properties > General > Configuration Type > Static Library
   Select C\C++ > Preprocessor > Preprocessor Definitions > change TEST_XMLDOCUMENT; to noTEST_XMLDOCUMENT;
2. Rebuild XmlDocument project
3. Set XmlHelpDemo as Startup Project
   Right-Click XmlHelpDemo project > Set as Startup Project
4. Add XmlHelpDemo reference to XmlDocument
   Right-Click on XmlHelpDemo references > Add Reference > check XmlDocument
5. Build XmlHelpDemo project
6. Run without debugging
