 PluggableRepo Build Instructions:
 ==================================
 - Each of the Components build as either libraries or console applications.
 - To run a project as the startup project, build as a console application, e.g., set
     Properties > Application > "Output type" to console application
     Properties > Build > "Output path" to bin\debug for that project
     Properties > Build > "Conditional Compilation Symbols" to TEST_PACKAGENAME where PACKAGENAME is the project's primary file name 
 - To run a project as part of the Pluggable Repository, build as a library, e.g., set
     Properties > Application > "Output type" to class library
     Properties > Build > "Output path" to ..\ComponentLibraries\
     Properties > Build > "Conditional Compilation Symbols" to empty
   This places the built library dll into the directory where the Repository
   will look to load its components.
 - To build the repository, simply build each of the components as a library, as above,
   then right-click on the solution and rebuild all.

Note that this project was built with Visual Studio 2017.  You will have to use that to
successfully build this solution.  If you do a web search for "Visual Studio Community Edition",
you will find a free download.  It takes about 2 Gb of space to install.
