Version: Project2_Instr_Sol-11-17-2015-Bugfix

This version was created to fix a bug in converting integer keys when unpersisting
DBEngine<int, DBElement<int, PL_String>>.

The only files affected are DBExtensions.cs - changed convertStringToKey<Key>(string val)
and TestExec.cs - added test for the bug fix.
