Module Operations
=================

	designDoc dDoc = new designDoc()	- Creates a data structure to hold the design
						  document data
	dDoc = GetDesign(fileName)		- Reads the XML design document and stores the
						  data in the data structure
	WriteDesign(dDoc,fileName)		- Writes the contents of the data structure to
						  the specified file

				- Function that takes a fileName as input and reads the content of the
				  design file and store the data in the data structure
										 
	public void WriteDesign(designDoc designFile,string fileName)
				- Function that takes in a filename and data structureas input and writes
