Final Project Plan
Revised: 2/11/2012
"
Not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted.
"
- Albert Einstein (1879-1955)
Requirements:
For this Lab you will need to select your final project and develop a top-level design.
-
Create a web page that provides a page flow diagram, captured as an image from Visio. The page flow diagram shows all the pages you now expect
to be part of your project. Each page is represented by a box with its name inside, and connectors used to show links to other pages in your site.
Create a linked page that provides a nicely formatted list of these pages with, in each list item, the name of the page and a statement of its
responsibilities.
-
Develop a data model for your project that shows all the database tables and xml files you expect to use. Show the tables
using a Chen Entity-Relationship diagram, again exported as an image from Visio. You will find a useful reference that discusses Chen ER diagrams here:

Create a linked page that provides a nicely formatted list of these tables with, in each list item, the name of the table and the project entity it represents.
-
Add a brief text synopsis of your design concept at the top of each of these pages, immediately below the page's main heading.
