Help Building CsDemo

The CsDemo application depends on the CSDirectoryEntries library.  This means that:
1. The CsDemo project must have a reference to the CSDirectoryEntries project which builds
   the library CSDirectoryEntries.dll.
2. Creating the reference (by right-clicking on References in the CsDemo project and 
   selecting Add Reference) will copy the CSDirectoryEntries.dll file into the CsDemo
   application file so CsDemo.exe can load it.

Once you have a current referenct to the CSDriectoryEntries project you can build CsDemo.
It is possible you may have to remove the reference and recreate it.
