Help Building CppDemo
---------------------
The CppDemo application depends on the CppDirectoryEntries library. This means that:
1. The CppDemo project must include CppDirectoryEntries.lib, created by the build process
   for the CppDirectoryEntries project.
2. The CppDirectoryEntries.dll library must reside in the CppDemo application directory
(where you find CppDemo.exe) which is the top-level Debug directory in this project.
Note that Visual Studio 2010 will deposit the dll file there by default (unlike
   Visual Studio 2008).

So, to build the CppDemo application you first build CppDirectoryEntries project, then
add the CppDirectoryEntries.lib file to the CppDemo project and build it. Now, you should
be able to run the application.
