wa copy is always a plain bitwise copy
struct Pair
{
    public static Pair operator=(Pair lhs, Pair rhs)
    {
       ...
    }
    ...
}
struct Pair
{
... void Func(Pair lhs, Pair rhs)
    {
       lhs = rhs;
       ...
    }
}
you can't do this.
compile time error
