 PluggableRepo Build Instructions:
 ==================================
 - Each of the Components: Browser, Checkin, Checkout, Ownership, Storage, and Version, build as either
   libraries or console applications.
 - To run a project as the startup project, build as a console application, e.g., set
Properties > Application > "Output type" to console application
Properties > Build > "Output path" to bin\debug for that project
Properties > Build > "Conditional Compilation Symbols" to TEST_PACKAGENAME where PACKAGENAME is the
     project's primary file name
 - To run a project as part of the Pluggable Repository, build as a library, e.g., set
Properties > Application > "Output type" to class library
Properties > Build > "Output path" to ..\ComponentLibraries\
Properties > Build > "Conditional Compilation Symbols" to empty
This places the built library dll into the directory where the Repository will look to load its components.
 - To build the repository, simply build each of the components as a library, as above,
then right-click on the solution and rebuild all.
 - PluggableRepoClient and RepoServer are the main applications and should be built as executables.
set RepoServer Properties > Application > "Output type" to Console Application
set PluggableRepoClient properties > Application > "Output type" to Console Application (see its operation messages)
set PluggableRepoClient properties > Application > "Output type" to Windows Application (hide operation messages)
right-click on Solution > Set Startup Projects > Multiple Startup Projects > set PluggableRepoClient and RepoServer to start

Note that this project was built with Visual Studio 2017. You will have to use that to
successfully build this solution. If you do a web search for "Visual Studio Community Edition",
you will find a free download. It takes about 2 Gb of space and a hour or so to install.
